The
Mars Hill Academy school culture is characterized by joy, respect, and order.
Students are taught to love God, to love each other, to love to learn, and
to be respectful of one another, of teachers, and of parents. Students will
typically start the day singing joyfully to the Lord and with prayer.
Teachers are expected to model appropriate Christian behavior for the students.
Older students are often asked to shepherd younger students in various situations,
providing opportunities for older students to learn the importance of role
modeling and of caring for others.
