Seventh-grader Lydia Bell (Ensemble) is delighted to share the
stage with her Fiddler on the Roof castmates, having previously
appeared in Wizard of Oz. “The Dream” is her favorite song in the
musical, and she has discovered a joy for a musical’s pairing of
rhythm and choreography. Off stage, you will often find Lydia
playing basketball, reading, coloring, or hanging out with friends.

Esther Costa (Ensemble), an eighth-grader, has previously
appeared in the ensemble of Hello, Dolly! and in Wizard of Oz as Boq.
Participating in Fiddler has taught her the different, yet exciting,
challenges of a musical versus a play. Her favorite tune from Fiddler
on the Roof is the beautiful “Sunrise, Sunset.” When not on stage,
Esther can be found listening to music and eating frozen corn. She
thanks her parents for the hours they have stayed after school
during rehearsals.
