Eighth-grader Eli Lewandowski (Fiddler) returns to the stage after
previously performing as a Harmonia Gardens waiter and in the
ensemble cast in Hello, Dolly!. His favorite Fiddler on the Roof song is
“Tradition.” Rehearsals have taught him a valuable lesson: “work
hard and trust the process.” When not performing on stage, you’re
likely to find Eli playing soccer!

Grace Magill (Tzeitel), who joined Mars Hill Academy as a
sophomore this school year, is making her theatrical debut in Fiddler
on the Roof. Her favorite scene is “The Dream” scene and her
favorite song is “To Life” (L’Chaim). She has discovered a love for
the stage through the theater process, particularly enjoying the
community—relaxing and having fun has been a blast! When not
rehearsing, Grace plays the piano, knits, or plays foosball with her
younger siblings. She’d like to thank Louisa, Adali, and Emma for
being the best theater buddies a gal can have!

Senior Maggie Magill (Golde), who is new to Mars Hill Academy,
is participating in her first MHA production! She loves playing
Golde, and her favorite scene is Yente’s Visit. She also enjoys
listening to her castmates preform “To Life” (L’Chaim). Stepping
outside her comfort zone and playing a character different from
herself has been a great opportunity of growth. Off stage, Maggie’s
hobbies include reading, hanging out with her siblings, and making
lists! She is thankful for her fellow castmates and the new friendships
she’s made, particularly with the younger students. She also thanks the Smiths, the
Patricks, Mrs. Graham, and Mrs. Frank.
