Cast

Junior Zeke Crocker (Tevye) couldn’t be more honored and
thrilled to bring the role of Tevye to the Mars Hill community. His
range of previous acting credits includes Horace Vandergelder in
Hello, Dolly!, Mr. Webb in Our Town, and Snoopy in You’re a Good
Man, Charlie Brown. He appreciates the depth of Tevye’s spiritual
journey, with Tevye’s prayers to God being Zeke’s favorite scenes
in the play. Fiddler has taught him the pressure, responsibility, and
endurance of fatherhood. When not on stage, you’ll find Zeke
composing music and learning to play piano.

Will Davis (Ensemble), an eighth-grader and first-year student at
Mars Hill Academy, is thrilled to be making his stage debut in
Fiddler on the Roof! The Wedding scene is his favorite part of the
show, and he’s enjoyed his role in the ensemble. Off stage, you’re
likely to find Will playing basketball.

Senior Eli Forster (Lazar Wolf) is ecstatic to return to the stage,
having recently appeared as Barnaby Tucker in Hello, Dolly! and as
Sam Craig and Si Crowell in Our Town. His favorite song in Fiddler on
the Roof is the boisterous “To Life.” Through this show, Eli has
learned the dedication of crafting a character—by understanding his
circumstances and mindset—which Eli credits to Mrs. Sachs for
teaching him. Outside the theater, Eli can be found doing magic,
working on his senior thesis, or relaxing. He thanks Miss Patrick and
Mrs. Graham for their dedication to the musical, and the playbill editors for their
patience with late bio submissions. Thanks especially to his parents for supporting him
over the last nine years of Mars Hill productions.
